This is the newest Ninja Gym in Florida, and it boasts ninja classes for children as young as 6 months old! Headed by professional gymnast Christina Gambino, the Jumptwist Ninja Academy operates on the structure and discipline that she learned during her gymnastics journey, and her passion for ninja warrior will keep you coming back!

ATP Obstacle Gym

ATP is a first of it’s kind obstacle-based training arena located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It combines traditional fitness equipment with 30+ Ninja Warrior and OCR obstacles. Their goal is to provide a unique training experience that fuses fundamentals of strength and conditioning, functional movement, and OCR training, while emphasizing the importance of proper recovery. This gym is operated by Americna Ninja Warrior veteran and YouTuber, Calle Alexander. It’s a great place to get training on both obstacles and nutrition. As a Vegan, Calle focuses on all aspects of being healthy, and it’s a passion that he is always happy to share with those that inquire. This gym is packed with some great obstacle replicas from the show!

NINJA LOUNGE at Dezerland Park

Ninja Lounge is Miami’s first Ninja Warrior training facility. This is the gym to go to when you want everyone in your family to have something to do. Aside from ninja training, you can also enjoy Go-karts, an arcade, a virtual reality park, trampolines, parkour, rock climbing walls, gymnastics, an upper ropes course, and paint-less paintball. There really is something for everyone here. Also, they have a tank.

Ninjas need to have good body control, awareness, and coordination. Those are all things that Miami Freerunning and Parkour academy excels at in training. Both David “Flip” Rodriguez and JJ Woods first honed their abilities here, and their track record on American Ninja Warrior speaks for itself.

I know what you’re thinking. “Why is there a Florida ninja league qualifier that isn’t in Florida? Well, the Florida Ninja League is all about building the ninja community, and Ultimate Backyard Warrior is regarded by many as the best community-building competition in the nation. It’s basically a family reunion with awesome obstacles. It is one of the must-go-to events in the ninja world, and many Florida ninjas will be there anyway, so it just seemed like the right thing to do.

Although they are primarily a gymnastics gym, they have been making several steps to build their ninja program. They have built a nice ninja section for anyone willing to learn the ropes around classic ninja obstacles like the Warped Wall and the Salmon Ladder. This huge facility is a great place to go in order to learn more about ninja and to fine-tune the skills required to get into the ninja game.
